Ten crucial questions that will help you reboot your life

 1. When was the last time you drank some water? 

 2. When was the last time you late? 

 3. When was the last time you got some exercise? 

 4. When was the last time you did something that gave you a sense of completion? 

 5. When was the last time you ate some fruit? 

 6. When was the last time you praised yourself? 

 7. When was the last time you slept? For how long? 

 8. When was the last time you said something nice to someone? 

 9. Have you hugged someone in the past two days? How many times? 

 10. Have you recently worn yourself out? (Physically or Psychologically) 


You’ve got a huge amount of work to do, and you’re arguing all the time with those close to you. All of this might seem manageable, but when problems pile up they can suck the life out of you. If you’ve done what needs to be done, find somewhere to lie down and take a rest. Take a deep breath over the course of five seconds, hold it, and breathe out for eight. Do it again. Lie like this for about ten minutes, focusing on your breathing and not on the thoughts that come into your head.
